“Contemplation on the four thoughts that turn the mind from samsara*
Preliminary practices set the foundations for the practice of Dharma. The Tibetan word « Ngondro » means literally « something that precedes ». Two types of preliminary practices exist : common and extraordinary. The common preliminaries help practitionners to « turn their minds from Samsara » and to develop a profound interest for Dharma.
This fully silent end-of-year retreat will be the occassion to deep-dive into the foundations of Buddhist practice, guided by a highly qualified Buddhist teacher.
