Event organised by the Stiftung Landguet Ried
About 20 years ago, Dechen discovered the ancient Chinese movement theory and the healing art of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. She was fascinated and decided to train as a teacher with Foen Tjoeng Lie, the famous German living chinese master.
Since a lot of importance is attached to a conscious calm breathing, these slowly executed exercises create an immediate rest for body and mind. Some of the movements have their origins in Asian martial arts and therefore look very aesthetic and elegant.
Practising these popular 18 episodes of Tai Chi / Qi Gong is also suitable for people who want to have a balance to the hectic everyday life at the workplace, as the exercises can be carried out in a minimum of space.
