Event organised by Landguet Ried
This workshop is an intensive and introspective voyage through the practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. These two deep and subtle practices will be the occasion to meet unexplored spaces in your body and mind. It is a journey in itself accompanied by the unique sound of Kantélé, a Finnish harp composed of 38 piano strings and the prosody of Philippe's voice.
Philippe Beer Gabel Bio : I discovered Yoga in 2009 in Austin, Texas thanks to Maranda Pleasant, a couch surfer who will have a great influence on me. Yoga becomes an important tool for my personal development and helps me to overcome difficult and painful situations. I became a professor following the Artist Way program, Julia Cameron's cult book. I began with a 200h Yoga Alliance training in Hatha and Ashtanga in 2014 in Rishikesh, India at the Rishikul Yog Shala School where I had the chance to practice with seven scholarly teachers and then trained at Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark in Vancouver, Canada. There, I became truly aware of the transformation that Yoga can generate in everyone. Finally it was with Uma Dinsmore Tuli that I decided to take up the deepen my practice of Yoga Nidra on the Aran Islands in Ireland.
More recently, I have studied alternative medicine protocols such as the Body Talk System and Reiki. I teach in French and English through out Europe and I am committed to promoting Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, two rare and precious practices that can help us reconnect with our essence.
