With digitalization and increasing life pace we easily become highly distracted andover-dependent on technology.
Mindfulness helps us to develop/maintain awareness for what is happening and taking conscious choices. In meditation we are stabilizing our attention and developing awareness. Our minds begin to become more quiet, clear and spacious – with a positive effecton the body.
About me, Iris Uderstädt
I have been supporting people to balance their life-energy since 30 years with Mindfulness based approaches. Further on my trainings with The Potential Project and Mindful@work are fostering resilience, focus, clarity and compassion for people working in organizations, in the health sector and in educational systems. Private sessions with Somatic Coaching, Feldenkrais and Mindfulness Coaching round my offer.
Prices Course fee CHF 330.–, CHF 290.– if you register by 1st July
Arrival: 31. August until 5pm for Check-In, Dinner at 6:30 pm
Seminar: 31. August after dinner until sunday 2nd September about 2pm
