In der Tibetischen Energiearbeit werden 24 Energieräume, die sogenannten Organkreise, unterschieden. Jeder Organkreis lässt sich hochdifferentiert durch Punkte am Körper ansprechen. Während der Behandlung liegt man auf einer Matte, die Therapeutin arbeitet mit den entsprechenden Punkten. Zwei Energiesysteme gehen in Kontakt. Stille und Verbundenheit ermöglichen heilende Veränderungen auf tiefer Ebene.
