In 1995, Shree Shree Swamiji Sunyogi Umasankar JI Maharaj JI started his meditation and he became attracted to the reflection of the sun in the seawater and had an enlightening experience. The energy from the sun made him free from food and water. This was the discovery of Sunyoga. 

In 2007 Swamiji met Mahavatar Babaji Maharaj JI. The method of Sunyoga has been given to humanity by the grace of Mahavatar Babaji. 

For thousands of years, the practice of Sunyoga remained an esoteric art, preserved and kept secret by enlightened masters and ascetics. A timeless bridge between ancient Vedic wisdom and modern science of light. 

Sunyoga interacts with the body and consciousness, awakening the 29 chakras and 13 subtle bodies that shape human existence.
