A – Arrival & Departure
We kindly ask you to clear your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. We appreciate when you support our cleaning team by placing your bed linen in the silver containers in the corridor between the west and east buildings – thank you very much for your cooperation.
Please return your key to the reception or place it in the key box.

B – Bed linen
Our bed linen remains in the house and is professionally cleaned. This ensures reliable hygiene for all guests.
Thank you for not using your own bed linen or sleeping bag.

C – Common rooms
The Sangha and Mantra rooms and the dining room may be used outside of seminar hours, as long as they are not occupied by groups.
Your room or the garden are more suitable for phone calls and online meetings – a pleasant athmosphere is created through mutual attention, your fellow guests will greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness.

D – Drinking water
All taps and the fountain between the east and west houses provide fresh spring water that is safe to drink.

E – Emergency & First aid
First aid supplies are located on the ground floor of the west house, in the room between the toilets. There is a first aid kit on the ground floor of the south building. The room is marked “private.” Feel free to enter in case of emergency.

F – Feedback
If you have any concerns, ideas, criticism, or praise, we would be delighted to receive your feedback at the reception or conveniently via the QR-Codes in the center what you enjoyed and where we can do better!
Your feedback helps us to continue to improve this place.

H – House Shoes (Slippers)
Wearing slippers indoors helps keep the floors clean and keeps our cleaning team happy – especially on rainy, snowy, or humid days.

I – Internet
Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

In the south building, Wi-Fi is turned off between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

K – Kiosk & Drinks
There is a mini kiosk in the dining room selling snacks and drinks. Payment can be made in cash in CHF or via TWINT.

Filter coffee is offered with breakfast and lunch.
Specialty coffees are available from the vending machine for a fee.

L – Liability
You are responsible for your personal belongings as well as for any damage caused or false alarms.

L– Lost and Found
Before departure, it is worth checking the lost and found table. Items can be sent to you for a postage fee.
Unclaimed personal belongings will become part of the house inventory after 30 days — we consider this your friendly contribution to the center.

N – Night quiet hours
Between 10:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., nighttime quiet hours apply throughout the entire area.
The silence here has many loyal fans.

N – Emergency & assembly point
At the beginning of your stay, please take a look at the escape route plans.
In case of alarm, leave the building via the nearest exit and go to the parking lot (assembly point).

P – Pets
Horses, cows, cats and many birds live on our property. Deers and foxes come visit us from time to time. Please leave your own pets at home. Assistance animals are of course allowed.

R – Ripa Shop
Next to the dininghall (towards the forest), you will find the Rips-Shop selling jewelry, incense, books, and other beautiful items for yourself or as gifts for your loved ones.
The opening hours are posted on the whiteboard in the connecting corridor between the east and west houses.

S – Smoking & Fire
Smoking, vapes, incense, and candles are not permitted in the buildings, as our smoke detectors are very sensitive. The smoking area is located next to the parking lot.

T – Telephones, electronic devices & Online Meetings
Please use electronic devices considerately.
Some guests are sensitive to radiation, many to noise – a pleasant atmosphere is created through mutual consideration.

W – Working Guests & Volunteer Work
