What if love wasn’t something to seek – but something to soften into?
This retreat is an invitation to explore love as a quiet, living presence — within our Selves, in each other, and in the world around us. Through shared silence, gentle practices, yoga, and the simple rituals of daily life, we’ll return to the heart of what it means to be human: to live with tenderness, awareness, and care.
Over four nourishing days, we’ll gather in the peaceful setting of Landguet Ried. Together, we’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and gently attune to the quieter layers of connection.
Rooted in silence and loving awareness, this retreat offers space to reflect, to listen, and to remember the many ways love moves through us — in presence, in stillness, in movement, and in the smallest gestures of everyday life.
This retreat is held primarily in silence, with short periods of functional speech (approx. one hour per day) during shared tasks and guided sessions.
No prior meditation or yoga experience is required — just a willingness to pause, to listen, and to be present with what arises.
